Rental Policies
- Deposit of $25% of stay is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of reservation is due upon arrival.
- Refundable $500 deposit for two-bedroom suite and $750 deposit for three-bedroom suite due upon arrival.
- Must stay at least 28 days to qualify for winter rental rates. Arrival date may be anytime between December 1 – February 1, 2026 with departure date no later than February 28, 2026.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival date, deposit is non-refundable.
- Once weekly required housekeeping fee of $75.00-2BR condo & $100 – 3BR condo.
- Most pet dogs are allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 per pet/per month.
- Sending/receiving personal mail is not permitted. P.O. box rentals through the US Postal Service is recommended.
