Chef Byron Bondoc brings over 20 years of exceptional culinary experience to the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. Since earning a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Culinary & Business Management degree in 2009 from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Bondoc honed his culinary skills in a range of roles including Executive Chef, Celebrity Personal Chef, Food & Beverage Director and a US Navy Culinary Specialist in a variety of locations such as luxury resorts, private clubs, private estates, high end restaurants and the US Navy.
