Executive Chef Byron Bondoc
Executive Chef Byron Bondoc combines a variety of cooking styles to create his unique culinary dishes at WaterScapes Restauant! Chef Bondoc received his professional training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies Degree in Culinary and Food Business Management. Spending many years in New York City, Chef Bondoc adopted many cooking styles trying international techniques honing the flavors of Italian, Korean, Japanese and many more. HOURS of OPERATION:
- Breakfast: 6:30am to 11:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am to 2:00pm
- Dinner: 5:30pm to 10:00pm
Open daily. Dress is resort casual. Vegetarian & Gluten Free options and a children’s menu is available.
