Depending on the time you book your meeting, you and your guests can book a room to stay with us in one of our luxurious suites from prices ranging from $99-$129. On top of a great deal on rates, you can choose to either enjoy a continental breakfast with juice, coffee, and pastries or a one-hour beer and wine reception.

Our meeting spaces offer you the ultimate level of privacy and comfort as you focus on business. Not only are our meeting spaces located away from the main portion of the hotel, but they also offer stunning views of both the marina and the Grande Dunes golf course. Our meeting rooms provide a calming atmosphere for all guests and are able to accommodate events of up to 700 people.

Our Nautilus Ballroom is one of the most flexible meeting space options. For a classroom-style meeting, it can accommodate up to 240 people while a theater-style meeting can accommodate up to 480 and a standing reception can accommodate up to 700 guests. This meeting space offers an elegant atmosphere and can also be paired with our pre-function area for larger events.

Typically, the Grande Lawn hosts events such as barbeques, oyster roasts, and outdoor wedding ceremonies. This meeting space offers over 10,000 square feet of unlimited potential for your next event. If you’re hosting a more intimate meeting with a small group of people, our Triton Room will meet all your needs. This meeting space can host up to 50 people. With a gorgeous view of the Grande Lawn and golf course, you won’t have to worry about feeling like you’re in a stuffy room.

For more private and exclusive business functions, our Sand Dollar Boardroom offers you the elegance and privacy you desire. This 600 square foot room offers distinctive, relaxing views of all the beautiful aspects of our property here at Marina Inn. This boardroom is perfect for meetings of 12 people or less.

Mix up your meetings and add in some team building experiences with our Coral Room. Perfect for both breakout activities and small meetings, this room is 600 square feet and can accommodate up to 65 people. Instead of being trapped in a dull room, this meeting space offers spectacular views of our golf course that’ll help you forget that you’re even here for work. Another option for small meetings or breakout activities is our Big Break Room. With a perfect view of the Grande Lawn, this space can accommodate up to 25 people.

Our Outdoor Loggia can be paired with our pre-function area or our beautiful Grande Lawn. This area is a completely covered venue that can host up to 60 guests on its own. This meeting space is perfect for casual or elegant events and offers you a beautiful view of the Marina Inn property.
